Assembly Website attracts over 4.5 million page views

In the last year visitors from 197 countries have visited the Assembly website more than 900,000 times and viewed more than 4.5 million pages.

These figures for October 2009 – October 2010 give us a unique insight into who’s visiting our site - www.niassembly.gov.uk

Here’s a brief outline of what you’ll find in the 23,500 pages on the website:

  • The big issues of the day that MLAs are debating

  • Copies of Hansard - the Official Report and record of Assembly proceedings

  • Details of what Assembly Committees are doing plus information on Reports, Bills and inquiries

  • Details of what questions are being asked of Ministers – and the answers

  • Research papers on a range of topics of interest to MLAs, Committees and the general public

  • Information on MLAs, including their expenses.
